Find an industry of your interest, else you won’t care to build it well. Research the problem space from users in that marketplace. From your research (and following the UX process) you may have a really good idea. Learn how to validate products. Validate your idea with people who have paid for your idea. Test with a landing page “enter your email” waitlist.

Stop waiting and just do it bro. Build JUST one MOST REQUESTED FEATURE your users actually want. A simple MVP with no-code tools. Why don't you do it today? Go to your customers and give them the link, see what they say. Get feedback and listen to some of them. Iterate fast and with the users. TEST...and KEEP testing WITH users.
